Privacy notice

This notice explains, in plain words, what Closers Network does with the information you give us on this site. We have tried to keep it short and honest.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We collect nothing else through the form.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question or preparing the Distance Map you asked for. We do not add you to any list you did not ask to join.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months, in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your information is never sold, rented or traded. Only the people who handle your request see it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track you from page to page or follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to lillian.kelly@closersnetwork.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will take care of it. If you would simply like us to stop contacting you, reply “stop” to any message from us and we will.
